Question: Can I move in early?
Answer: If you would like to arrive
early please contact a member of our team and we will arrange for early arrival
and storage of your luggage.
Question: What do I need to bring?
Answer: Since our rooms are fully furnished
you will only need to bring your clothes, books, toiletries, laptop and any
accessories to make your room feel like your home!
Question: What documents are required
for me to check-in?
Answer: Please make sure you bring
your booking confirmation and your ID or passport.
Question: Can I smoke in my room?
Answer: No, our locations are
strictly non-smoking. You may smoke outside in designated smoking areas.
Question: Will I have a TV in my
room?
Answer: Yes, all of our rooms are
equipped with a TV
Question: Will I have internet in my
room?
Answer: Internet access is included
in your room rate. You will have Wi-Fi in your room and there is wireless
access in the common areas.
Question: What payment types do you
accept?
Answer: We accept cash and you can
use all major credit cards or debit cards to pay.
Question: Do you have a backup for
load shedding?
Answer: We have generator for back
up, which means you don’t have to stress about load shedding.
